Cher Best grew up in a military family and is the youngest of four. She is a graduate of Augusta State University with a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. In 1995, Cher began working in radio, which has catalyzed her to become one of the community's most influential personalities.

About Cher Best

Cher is a member of the National Association of Black Female Executives, the National Association of Journalist, and is an Alumni of Leadership Augusta, and the Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Award in 2012. Although dedication to her career has paid off, Cher feels at her Best when she's mentoring and giving back to the community. Cher's Sisters Only Club provides guidance, empowerment, and service to all members of Cher's Sisters Only Club.
